Next, get ready for an exhilarating ascent up the mountain, reaching an impressive altitude of 800 meters. As we leave the paved road behind and venture onto a challenging dirt road, you'll be immersed in the untamed nature of Crete. Continuing our journey, we'll approach the mountain peak, reaching almost 1,000 meters in altitude. From there, get ready for an awe-inspiring view of the Skaloti gorge from above as we descend towards the southern coast of Crete. Our next stop will be in the village of Rodakino, where we'll spend an hour at the pristine Korakas beach.
